Thank you again for selecting MediaFast. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us by phone for faster service.
- Step 1: When prompted please allow Java/Sun to run on your computer. Once the FTP browser has loaded you will see a split window. The window on the left is your local computer and the window on the right is connected to the mediafast.net server.
- Step 2: Click the "MakeDir" button on your right and enter your company name in lower case, with no spaces and press the "Ok" button. This will create a company folder on our server where you can upload your files.
- Step 3: You will now see your company folder in the panel on the right. Double click your company folder to open it.
- Step 4: The panel on the left is defaulted to your computers desktop. Use the scroll bar in the middle of these two windows to navigate the drives and directories on your computer in order to locate the file(s) or folders you wish to upload. Once located, click on the desired file or folder; you can select multiple files or folders by holding the 'ctrl' button while selecting items with your mouse.
- Step 5: Once your file(s) or folder(s) are highlighted, click the 'Upload' button located in the bottom middle of the window. A progress screen will appear. Once the files have finished loading onto the MediaFast.net servers the status bar will disappear and your file(s) or folder(s) will be visible in the panel on the right side of the screen.
- Step 6: Contact your MediaFast.net rep to notify them that your files have been successfully uploaded to your company directory.
